I don't think it is a difficult task to loose weight . So don't loose your mind.

In my opinion you should follow these guidelines

strict dietary restrictions and make a chart of what you are eating and follow it very religiously.
30 to 45 minutes daily exercises, slowly start with brisk walking or jogging and gradually you can build your stamina. You should also include muscle building exercises ...more

Your BMI is 30.30kg/m2 which is showing you are obese. The ways to reduce weight are mainly two
1) reduce the food intake,
2) exercise and burn extra calories. There are drugs like orlistat tabs which does help in reduction of weight (about 6 kg in a year), but has certain side effects. Since you complain of knee pain, can try some stretching exercises and abdominals which do not put strain on knees. Also alternately join yoga classes learn asanas that help. Set a target of reducing 2 k...more

Hye.
Thanks for the query.
Like any too good to be true fat burner, these are just tall claims made.
Most fat burners in my experience have majorly not worked.
Most people take it as a “trial and error” product meaning that they only find out that most often it's not really effective after trying it. Keep in mind that some fat burners or pills have no scientific evidence or testimonials. Most people have experienced little or no difference at all after using a fat burner.

Lybrate-user, looking at your weight and height, there is grade 1 obesity with 32.05 kg /m2 bmi, (normal <23 kgs). This definitely needs reduction. If hypothyroidism is under very good control with tsh levels between 3 to 4 milli units/l, then efforts to reduce weight can be successful. First thing is to bring tsh levels in that range if they are not. Secondly zerofat a (orlistat) is not much beneficial. Along with dietary restriction orlistat can at most help loos about 6 kgs of weight over 1 y...more
