Hello
cough syrup for cough.
For diarrhea - take tab redotil twice a day for 2 days.
Take ors three to four times a day.
Since you have recovered from covid, you can stop taking doxycycline. Take proper diet.
However, you can continue azithromycin for two to three more days if cough persists.

for chronic diarrhoea please rule out tuberculosis if it is associated with weight loss , abdominal pain,lack of appetite.
also do a colonoscopy to rule out serious causes.
also rule out lactose intolerance .
take econorm sachet once a day for 10days.
take tab unienzyme twice daily 10 days.
(treat amoebiasis(flagyl)and helminthiasis(albendazole)if not treated already)
drink ORS in boiled water.
wash hands thoroughly before eating.
take injection neurobion alt day ...more

most cases it’s a mild illness and symptoms clear within 3 to 4 days. So don’t worry you should feel better in a couple of days.

It does not require major treatment as it subsides on its own.

ADVICE

1. Fluid replacement- this is really important as we lose lots of water and electrolytes with loose motions and/or vomiting. If we do not replace this lost water, we end up feeling fatigued and weak .In severe cases hospitalization is needed.
