Recosulin R is a regular insulin which will work for short time only Lupisulin M 30 is mixture of NPH (Intermediate acting) and regular (short acting) insulin
So both are different in their action and need to be use in appropriate cases.

Yes it is possible if you achive hba1c 6 or 6.2 by human insulin after that you can change human insulin to oral tablets. You can use oral tablets with strict following diabetes diet with 3 km walk or any exercise.

The mentioned medicines (both) can be taken at the same time. However, since nothing is mentioned about fasting, pp, hba1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and bp readings. There no other comment that can be made. Usually insulin should be taken separately and oha should be taken separately. Thanks.

If the blood sugar is under control with insulin and there is no other diabetic complications he can switch over to oral tablet after consulting doctor.
