For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Walking for 30 mins a day for at least 5 days in a week is recommended. Follow a stress free life. Try walking for 10-15 min after your meal. If still your pp level remains high than your medication needs to be changed.

1. Soak fenugreek (methi) seeds overnight. Eat sprouted methi seeds 1-2 teaspoons everyday by mixing with vegetables or raw. 2. Eat cinnamon powder half spoon every day with milk. 3. Walk in free air for 4 hours a week. 4. Do some moderate weight exercise if you are physically fit.

Hello,

You havent mentioned your current sugar levels.
Riped banana in small portion can be taken even in diabetes but try to have it early morning, specially before walks or workouts.
Banana intake largerly depends on current blood glucose levels.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Usually in diabetes a dictum is followed that is" No fasting and No Feasting" Because both are not helpful in maintaining proper glucose levels.
However, if you are fasting and that means there absolutely no food intake, then it is better to avoid the dugs on that day. If you are eating some other alternate foods, then there is need to take the drugs. Thanks.

Both are the same sit is just branded so that the pharma company cater to different regions of the market. Both are good .so don't bother in choosing either one of them.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Blood glucose 299 mg is too high, showing present treatment is not helping, it needs to be upgraded. Plus it is necessary to look at the diet and exercise that is being done. Thanks.
