Avoid fatty foods and do regular walking. Sweets also avoid. Proteinaceous food taken. Sprouted gram taken it helps to improve your good cholesterol and energy. Lots of vegetables taken. Your blood sugar is still in the higher range although not very high. You should have a better control of diabetes. At same time avoiding hypoglycaemia. You need readjustment of your medicines.
