In both medications alcohol is not allowed at all. So please do not consume alcohol, even if the dosage is very mild as in beer because the reaction could cause problems.

it is per day dosage, so you can take it at any time and these medications act on the neurotransmitters in the brain over a period of time and not immediately. Immediate action might be some sedation, but the benefits are seen over a period of time. So no harm taking with 1-2 hour difference. All the best.

suddenly stopping the medicine can cause these symptoms. Also, there is a risk of depression coming back. How long the medicine needs to be continued depends on a lot of factors like the duration of illness and response to treatment as well as severity of symptoms. No drug is safe in pregnancy. The chances of birth defect or mental defect may be 1 in 10000 with a drug. For you, it may be your only child.
On the other side, the severity of OCD and its effect on pregnancy and child rearing also need to be considered.
