Hi, 1 tablet will not affect or harm the baby but she should avoid taking any more as there is limited data on the safety of one of its components (Domperidone) in pregnancy.

Dear, it takes minimum 6 weeks for the uterus to become normal in size. However, depending on your health and nutritional status prior to d&c, your body may take 1-2 yrs to completely recover. Since you are 22 yrs. Age, please recover completely and take a preconceptional counselling before you plan next. Good day!

If the discharge is not fowl smelling or causing itching then there is no reason to worry and you should plan for pregnancy. Otherwise you can use clingen pessary for 3 days vaginally.

I am 12 weeks pregnant and I want a d&c. What is the procedure of that I am confused some doc are saying that first baby is expelled out by Medicine and then d&c is done. Some saying some Medicine is given after 24 to 36 hours then d&c is done. But that med will not expel baby it only helps in stretching cervix. After they will perform d&c. What is this I am confused.

D/C may or may not have problem. And conception difficulty may be there even if one did not have D/C.
