YOu cannot use Rifaximin in case of severe liver conditions and your doctor has to say if the can be taken in your case or not as a generalisation is not possible in each case.. This is contraindicated in liver disease

This mainly because of your sedentary lifestyle and bad food eating habits. So perform yoga daily and regular walking for 30 minutes to get relief from this. Medications are the second option but change your lifestyle first and eat healthy. Go for high fibre diet and eat fruits to relieve from it.
