Take tablet Pan-L before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet

Avoid spices in food eg hing,garam masala and laung.
Avoid constipation.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, take molk and curd.
Avoid fermented foods,processed foods.
Take isabgol husk in milk if constipation

Take small frequent bland meal plenty if water.
It interfere with calcium absorption.
So take vit d3 and calcium.

Hi Mixing two teaspoonfuls of ghee in a glassful of milk and taking this once a day acts as a liner inside the gut and will heal all the destruction caused by the high flow of Pitta. It takes time. You need to do these changes along with medicines
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat
