Addition of metformin will restrict your insulin dose.You can stop glimipride in glycomet Gp 3/850 instead you can use glycomet 1000mg twice a day.You can stop jalra also because it is effective in early years of disease.

You have to adjust insulin doses after consulting diabetologist and switch over to other oral drugs since it is not working
1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc)
2. Reduce weight if overweight
3control diet
a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta
b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, ...more

But prescribing doctor compares advantages v/s disadvantages keeping history, examination findings, reports and stage of life and decides to give or not give. Coronary artery disease (cad) in a diabetic patient definitely need to be followed meticulously. Rosuvas and clopidogrel is rightly prescribed.
I am sure your diabetic medicines are also able to keep your sugar control.
Wanna ask you how was your coronary artery disease diagnosed?(any past history of heart attack/angiogram/stents)

2. Reduce body wt
3. No smoking/ tobacco
4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice
