You are on Grade 1-2 stage of piles
You do not need to scar it, it is not life threatening problem.
You should follow better diet and life style plan. Any medicine can not cure permanently. You should take surgery or follow fiber diet plan Follow below steps for cure 1. Always do exercise daily for min 30 minutes
2.drink 2-3 liter water daily
3. Eat fiber diet on time
4. Do not eat processed and packaged food
5. Do not eat fried food, red chilli food etc.
