My father was 54 years old and facing heart problem, he has 2 blockage in left main 50-60 % ostial disease and LAD 60-70% ostial disease and his creatinine 2.1, bun 34H. He continue medicines like Ecosprin gold 20 mg, rancad 500 mg, nodon 2.5 mg. Doctor has suggest us for CABG, but we are from poor family we can't afford the cost of surgery. Is there's anything without surgery.

I suffer from single vessel coronary artery diseases with non obstructive HCM. I feel congestion in the chest while walking briskly or going upstairs. But the problem subsides as I take some rest. I now take the following medicines Inditel40. Cytoguard od 60 Nebistar 5 and Ranozex500. Do I have to continue such medication for years to come or there is scope for other recourse? the cause for numbness is not clear, by and large the medicines he is getting do not have side effect of numbness. Increase his vit b-12 tablets and see, else consult your doctor.

Rosuvastatin by any brand is good enough for your lipds in single vessel disease. Headache is unlikely to be due to this drug. Get your bp checked. You might be having heat intolerance if there is jo other associated symptom. Drink lot of fluids and take paracetamol thrice a day for two days. If headache persists then register for further consultation.

Hi welcome,
Blockage in all three arteries with reduced heart function& hhistory of cardiac arrest is a serious thing. He will definitely need a by pass surgery (CABG). The risk of the surgery will be higher than a normal patient with blockage in all three arteries.
