Madam Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (HT) is an autoimmune disease leading to hypothyroidism. Symptoms of both the conditions are same. Treatmennt also is taking adequate dosage of levothyroxine and maintaining TSH around 3 to 4 mU/L. Some persons may have HT leading to hypothyroidism and others may have hypothyroidism without HT. Thanks.

There may be many reasons for such sports/activity related pain:
1. Extra body weight
2. Running on concrete surface
3. Injury to ligaments.
4. Not following proper warming up and limping down I would suggest to reduce 2 - 3 kgs of body weight. Avoid playing on concrete surface and use good quality shoes.
Always do proper warm ups and do limping down after the session.
