Yes, you can eat mangoes while you're pregnant. Mangoes are rich in iron, vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B6, potassium and folic acid which are all vital nutrients for your pregnancy. They are also rich in fibre, which can help prevent constipation and are a good source of energy and antioxidants.

100 grams mango has 60 calories. Normally a mango is about 200-300 grams. So you can easily have one mango everyday, even if you want to lose weight. Mango has good nutrition.

Hye.
You can eat 3 slices or so of mango.
Soak mango in water before you consume. Avoid eating it along with a meal. Eat it as a snack. Do not overindulge. Avoid taking it late at night.
