This medicine (proton pump inhibitor (PPI).) will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. The day u dont take medicine normal acid production will be there n u will have symptoms.

3 times per day is best for having banana shake or mango shake because if you will have or consume 4 or 5 times in a day than you can suffer from constipation so 3 times is best ok enjoy.

The only advantage you get while eating fruits with peel is that you get more fibre which is good for digestion. But it is advisable if you can clean the peel if you want to eat thoroughly with water before eating to remove chemicals and pesticides used these days.

In diabetes fruits like mango, banana, chikkoo and grapes are to be avoided, as they increase blood sugar rapidly. Watermelon, other melons, pomegranate, apple, orange, sweet lime, pear, guava and papaya. In pre diabetes there is such strict restriction, still taking mango milk shake is not advisable. Once a while 1/2 a cup may be taken.
