treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. It looks like a symptom of liver disease. Does he have any history of alcohol intake? Any previous history of medical problems? Is he on any medications? 1) tablet pcm 500 mg sos
2) tablet pantop dsr 40 mg twice a day half hour before meals
3) tablet emset 4 mg twice a day
4) avoid fatty, spicy food.

Start tab. Advent 625 mg twice a day, tab. Rantac 150 mg twice a day (empty stomach) and tab. Ibugesic plus twice a day for 1 week. Do warm saline gargles also.
