I have stomach pain in left side for the past 2 days, I have taken rantac but no relief. Is this symptoms of Stone? Pain is in slow motion continue. Please suggest ultrasound name for abdominal pain Thanks! Manoj Rana.

Please get ecg done
stop using rantac. Instead take tab pantop 40 mg early morning on empty stomach and after 30 minutes take syp sucralfate 10 ml. Do not eat anything until 30 minutes after taking sucralfate syrup.

I am suffering pain in my abdominal for the few past days. I have even consulted in a defence polyclinic and medication I have been taking for the last 3 days. Sir, I have diabetes issue, I am using Glinil-M (Glibenclamide 5 mg + metformin hydrochloride 500 mg) tablet. I am also suffered with GAS trouble, for that I am using: Zintec (ranitidine Hydrochloride) 300 MG, I am taking this tablets at morning time before breakfast, but zinetac tablets are not working properly, what is the problem, is there any problem with this, or change medicine for gas trouble, please tell me the proper solution.

Antacids like Ranitidine should not be laken for long time. I suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist who may do an upper GI endoscopy to ruleout any ulcer etc.
