Hello, Question is a bit unclear. Patient has hypertension and is on Ramipril, still the BP is uncontrolled (170/102 mm Hg). There is no mention of blood glucose levels and HbA1c% also no mention about the treatment for diabetes. So it is unclear whether you are asking about treatment for diabetes or hypertension.
