Mr ankur, hypothyroidism is condition present due to thyroid gland's improper functioning and producing less thyroxine or at times no thyroxine. Therefore, treatment is to be continued for life time. The problem passing more menstrual discharge is most like unconnected to hypothyroidism. I would suggest to take the opinion of a competent gynaecologist for that.

Dear , since you are suffering from hypothyroidism for a long time I assume that you are taking your thyroid medications regularly. But you have not mentioned whether your blood hormone levels are remaining within normal range. For weight loss, you need to consult a dietician and follow a stricter regime rather than going in for an aggressive exercise programme.
