Hi, you can add ors available for rs. 4 to water, you will notice immediate changes. Also if you drink r.o water, then I suggest you get yourself mineral water.
Train your calf muscles. Usually weak calf muscles cause fatigue. You can do calf raise exercises at home and build good strength.

for constipation You can take 2 tab. Charcoal at night. syp. Aristozyme 10 ml after meal.
avoid fast/oily foods,alcohol,smoking,junk foods,fatty foods,
