Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2 cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.

Since you already have Barrett's oesophagus (abnormal change in the cells of the lower portion of the esophagus), an Endoscopic surveillance at routine intervals is advisable.
