Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and as far as medication is concerned I will suggest you to take tablet pan-l before breakfast daily and take a break for 10days after every three months.

Its not curable, it has to be maintained by diet and medications.
Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

if it is acute gastritis it will be taken care by medicines. But it is chronic gastritis since many days and now increased. U need to evaluate cause. U will have to do USG of abdomen. Further we can decide based on report. Anyways have adequate water daily 1.5 to 2 litrs minimum and healthy food.
