But since your body hasn't had the natural priming with hormones so it's better you top feed please don't resort to taking medicines like that. Such is an abnormal milk discharge galactuagogues are used to increase milk production in lactating mothers. You have never lactated
so stick to top feed!

Dosage of every medication needs to be taken after clinical examination and tips- pantoprazole plus domperidone needs to be taken before breakfast and ecosprin needs to be taken after lunch

if domperidone is not effective in nausea and vomiting..and not feeling hungry..go for test LFT,cbc,
you can take syp. aristozyme 15 ml thrice a day before meal. tab. hepamerz thrice a day before meal.

Pantoprazole is given for high acidity and if you do not have an acidity ( belching and burning sensation) it can be stopped

Breast enlargement and formation of milk ( lactation ) is known side effect of domperidone and if you stop it you will be fine
