Take Nux vom 200, 4 pills twice a day for 3 days and Ars alb 200, 4 pills 3 days and then report thereafter for further treatment. Till then avoid junk food, oily and spicy food, avoid stimulants like alcohol, coffee.

Take proper medication for acidity and other supportive measures for 2-4 weeks. Have controlled diet avoiding spicy and fried items. Daily light exercise like walking. If throat problem remains consult ent surgeon first. If no defect see a gastroenterologist for proper clinical examination, diagnosis and advice.

How much water do you take. It can be because of less water intake. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up).
