Both glucose levels are showing that your diabetes is not properly controlled. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & Random should also be around 130 mg.
What it means is that there is a need to improve the overall treatment. Since there is no mention of current treatment, there is no way to comment. So please come back with all the necesary details. Thanks.

Dear user, both are not of the same composition but have the same action on the stomach preventing any type of gastritis or reflux. Perhaps your new physician has seen better results with esofag.
