Resisted terminal knee extension: make a loop with a piece of elastic tubing by tying a knot in both ends. Close the knot in a door at knee height. Walk about 3-5 kms daily.
There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep.
Small and frequent meals is of help.

There are soo many adverse effects of the above mentioned medicine,,it may cause heart problem,,for gerd patient have to take non spicy food,,avoid smoking,, alcohol,, highly spicy food,, acids,,cold drinks or soda,,too much hot or too much cold also prohibited,,u need proper homoeopathic treatment if u wants to cure ur problem permanently without any complications
