How much water do you take. It can be because of less water intake. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Yamini is a low dose contraceptive pill, given to patients of pcod to regularise menstrual cycle and to correct hormonal imbalance. As it's a contraceptive pill while taking it you cannot get pregnant.
Productive pcos tab is a multinutrient tablet ,given to improve the quality of egg. It does not have any contraceptive effect.
If you have pcos and want contraception also take yamini ,alongwith yami I you can take productive pcos.
