You r not having any symptoms because you r taking medicine. This medicine (proton pump inhibitor (ppi).) will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. The day you do not take medicine normal acid production will be there n you will have symptoms.

It is fine to take veloz d before breakfast and take domperidone 10 mg two times before meals. You have to try non-medical methods to avoid gastritis at this tender young age. But there is no need of extra domperidone three times as the tablet veloz has domperidone in it as a combination.
