The vaccine is always successful if it's given immediately after exposure. You'll get one dose of fast-acting rabies immune globulin, which will prevent you from getting infected by the virus. Let's have a detailed discussion for better advice and healthy lifestyle.

If you got bitten after the first dose, there is no need to repeat again and you just have to continue the vaccination.

You need not take a repeat vaccination as you were fully vaccinated 2 days ago. If it was your own pet dog not going out with stray dogs the vaccine was not needed
if the animal is healthy at the end of the 10-day period, then no rabies exposure occurred and the person bitten will not need rabies vaccination. If the animal is not a domestic dog, cat or ferret, it should be captured, humanely destroyed and the brain sent for rabies testing.

Being vaccinated simplifies treatment by elimi- nating the need for rabies immune globulin and decreasing the number of doses of vaccine needed after an exposure. But we have to look into the details of the problem.
Let's have a detailed discussion for better advice and healthy lifestyle.

If the dog is regularly vaccinated, you don't have to take ARV. Consult physician for further advice.
