100% Dtap vaccine must give to children's.
Even you can give pain less Dtap vaccine. It is less pain no fever.
Children's Vaccines. DTaP is a vaccine that helps children younger than age 7 develop immunity to three deadly diseases caused by bacteria: diphtheria, tetanus, and whooping cough (pertussis). Tdap is a booster immunization given at age 11 that offers continued protection from those diseases for adolescents and adults.

She should not get pregnant for that time. You should use oc pills like novelon for the whole month to achieve that. Pregnancy should be avoided for 1 months after vaccination, ideally, not until immunity is confirmed by a blood test. The rubella virus in this vaccine is alive, so it can harm the fetus if pregnancy occurred during this time.

No MMR vaccine doesn't cause Autism, MMR vaccine should be given to all the children for the protection against measles mumps and rubella which are more common in childhood. Booster dose is given at 4 to 6 years of age. Along with MMR, varicella (chicken pox) can be given.

Hi no vaccine gives 100 % protection. You can take varicella vaccine but it is a 2 dose vaccine given one month apart. You will get protection only after the second dose.

Dear lybrate-user,
Vaccinations are to create an environment that will sensitize your body to the attack of a singular virus. After the age of 18, the action of vaccines have been challenged.
Instead of vaccination, take proper care to build your immunity to be able to fight any and every attack.
We can teach you how. Regards.

According to me they are not much of a use... and should avoid...
Mostly they are earning tactics... as it does not guarantee any immunity.
