In my opinion you are on wrong advise. Forecox is same as rehz and adding only streptomycin to failing treatment is not good. Get culture and sensitivity for afb and add four new anti tb drugs under supervision of respiratory physician.

Seems to have involvement of lung and spine both due to tb… need to consult orthopedics/ neurologist… mri spine or whole body pet ct to look for other sites of involvement… could be drug resistant or paradoxical phenomenon or rule out any other alternative diagnosis…in my opinion att to be continued for 9-12 months atleast. Hi… 3 tablets of ripe fd kit should be taken together in fasting state as per your body weight … otherwise you can switch to akurit 4 4 tablets all before breakfast… look for paradoxical phenomenon or drug resistance…if it is paradoxical phenomenon need to add oral steroids in tapering doses along with anti tuberculosis medications… better consult chest physician nearby. Get genexpert from lymph node aspirate. Get complete pus drainage.

Hi as per your infromation ,akt4 have 4 salt rifampicin ,isoniazid ,ethambutol, pyrazinamide, many times seen that pyrazinamid have side effects of joint pain, then it must be better for confirm blood test for better examination of osterarthrits and rehumatoid like cbc, esr, anti ccp test ,rf factor.

Rifampicin resistance not detected means Rifampicin INH pyrazinamide Ethambutol are to be taken in the requisite doses. There's no need of streptomycin injection.

You have to take proper doses of tablets.
Akurit 4 you have to take 4 tabs at a time.
First are you sure you have testical tuberculosis.
How it was diagnosed is important.
Just nodule in testis are other clinico radiological diagnosis.
But take proper dose n duration else resistance is very high.

Each of these 4 drugs can cause
various imp side -effects.
so ,ideally these drugs. Are to be prescribed when& only when TB is diagnosed beyond doubt.
