MBBS

General Physician•
Once you complete the regimen you will be alright. Some b'complex must be added and for your sex,, have balanced diet, regular sleep and light exercises along with kegel exercises and avoiding addictions if any must suffice. Keep a close watch on these 4 things, even if you insist medicines can be prescribed after a counseling session. Regards.

Usually missing a single dose does not affect the course of the disease. But if you miss the dose in the morning take it in the day whenever you remember.

You have to take proper doses of tablets.
Akurit 4 you have to take 4 tabs at a time.
First are you sure you have testical tuberculosis.
How it was diagnosed is important.
Just nodule in testis are other clinico radiological diagnosis.

Normal tuberculosis (i. E not drug resistant) can be treated along with presence of pregnancy. Not to worry if one has been given rifampicin, isoniazid, ethambutol and pyrazinamide for treatment of tb along with pregnancy. So no need for abortion but regular consultation with gynaecologist for monitoring fetal well being growth and development is needed.
