TB gold is more reliable for latent infection. Considering infertility and other radiological abnormality in HSG, doctors do some time priscribe anti TB drugs. Can have second opinon from a infertility specialist.

It needs to be taken till the time your treating doctor advice you and if second opinion is required we will have to go through all her reports. Tips- in a known case of MDRTB after acute lesions subsidies we usually give medication for two extra years.

Only TB gold positive is not an indication to start anti TB drugs. First you should go for Chest x ray, sputum microscopy, CBC,esr For pulmonary tuberculosis. If diagnosis confirmed than 6 Months treatment with ATT can be taken a/c to CAT - 1 Regime.
