Please suggest me one doctor Rx line of treatment of tb only one drug Rcinex it is right treatment or not.

If it is in the beggining of tb treatment it is not correct but after 2-3 months, it may be correct.

TB gold is more reliable for latent infection. Considering infertility and other radiological abnormality in HSG, doctors do some time priscribe anti TB drugs. Can have second opinon from a infertility specialist.

It needs to be taken till the time your treating doctor advice you and if second opinion is required we will have to go through all her reports. Tips- in a known case of MDRTB after acute lesions subsidies we usually give medication for two extra years.

Only TB gold positive is not an indication to start anti TB drugs. First you should go for Chest x ray, sputum microscopy, CBC,esr For pulmonary tuberculosis. If diagnosis confirmed than 6 Months treatment with ATT can be taken a/c to CAT - 1 Regime.

If you missed one drug you have to repeat it only if on the same day and need not take double on the next day.

I am having tb lump in my left armpit. Dr. Has given rcinex 450 and other tabs. Rcinex I am taking empty stomach in the morning at 7.30 am since last 20 days. From last 3 days I hav started attend the office which requires more than 1 hr of travelling hence now I wake up at 4.45 am to take rcinex capsule so that I can do breakfast at home after half an hour and reach office in time. My question is whether this change in time is ok. Another question what is ideal time gap to do breakfast after taking rcinex 450. I do after half an hour.

Regarding your policy of drug intake with reference to breakfast that change in time may be permitted. 30 minutes time gap is ok.

Dear Ankit, it doesnt matter whether R Cinex is taken before or after meals.
Just continue your medicine properly, in prescribed doses for the designated period.
