No. Kindly wait for few days. And start again. Isoniazid Nd rifampin regime is outdated. At present isoniazid Nd rifampin and ethambutol is considered. Nd infact pyrazinamide has less liver toxicity as compared to rifampin.

The doses of TB medications are according to body weight with a maximum recommended dose. Some times doses need to be modified as per kidney function test. I think you need to reconsult your doctor for doses as per body weight as per guideline.

can switch as one the same medicine.TB treatment need 4 drugs for first 2 months and if KFT is normal these drugs can be used.

Lethality of brucella is because of its complications which can be prevented by strict adherence to the treatment. The treatment is, as your doctor has prescribed you, for 6 weeks. Sometimes its hard to kill the organism and for that maybe you'll have to take the medication for a few more weeks.
Rifampicin tablets (600 mg) oral for 6 weeks is the preferred choice of treatment and this shall get you rid of brucellosis.

Usually alternatives are ethambutol and levofloxacin and streptomycin sometimes only isoniazid without rifampicin is tolerated.
