Pep is a combinations of three drugs
you can take once or twice a day for 28 days
for adults the cdc recommends 1.tenofovir
2.emtricitabine 3. Raltigravir or dolutegravir.

Hello.
To answer your 2 different concerns pl (without knowing why you have been prescribed budesonide for lung? Long term or short term use?).
Budesonide and arvs- since you are using darunavir/ritonavir combo along with budesonide, it would be advisable to avoid budesonide use as its level may get increased, be it in any form, inhaler or spray, by ritonavir.
The preferred alternative is beclamethasone.
