I have seen the details mentioned. Where you have just mentioned abut having t2 dm and medications being taken. But there is no mention of either fasting, pp glucose, or hba1c%, as well as any complaints that you are having. Hence, without knowing any information there is no way to comment any further. You have received a short stent. If one year is over, generally better to reduce antiplatelet medicines from 2 to one. Since your age is 45, even if you take double antiplatelet for longer not much risk of bleeding, so you can do it either by gradually reducing, or suddenly stopping one of the two blood thinners.

Aspisol may not be best choice for ulcer bleed patient. Ecospirin very similar, slightly better for ulcers than aspisol. Creatinine rise from aspisol or ecospirin unlikely, more common reason is ulcer bleed. Should improve.
