Dearr lybrate-user as I can see you are taking tablets for dyslipidemia, there is a combination different in both the brands you have mentioned, I suggest you to consult your doctor with recent lipid profile done. So that he can make all the necessary changes.

You can use dulcolax 5 mg once tabulate per day, although you are using evabride, ecosprin, lipvas, lostat, platloc and cold once in a day,
you try to reduce constipation by eating high fibre vegetables, cooked or raw (link bindi-lady's finger, bitter gourds and so son) also, check your thyroid function by a tft test and take care to deliberately drink a lot of water 3-3 litres daily.
