Yes definitely there are many options for reducing cholesterol levels. You need to make changes in your lifestyle and food habits.
As you are regular with gym you can make few changes in your meals.
Start having flax seeds (alsi ke beej) 1 tbsp per day which are rich in omega 3 fatty acids. It helps to lower down bad cholesterol and increase the good one.
Can have crushed garlic 2 cloves every day along with water.
