Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. You have given description of drugs being taken for hypertension, nothing about his diabetes (either the treatment or glucose levels as well as hba1c%). Usually if blood glucose is not in good control (fasting closer to 100 m, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 7%or just around 7%), then the person is invariably in very good health.

Dear Patient, Increased dosage of Syndopa can increase the blood pressure. Clopilet is for blood thining, so it has nothing to do with BP changes. Since he has been prescribed the same they must be suspecting some atherosclerotic plaque in the carotids supplying brain or heart vessels, resume Clopilet and do not worry.

Dear Lybrateuser,
-As you have heart blockage & BP problem you have to take medication regularly & may be lifelong for which you have to be regularly monitored by doing investigations & then your cardiologist will decide whether to alter dose or change medication as per the investigation results
-you have to lead a healthy lifestyle with proper well balanced diet & regular exercise.

It is always advisable to drink in moderation, not more than 1 peg daily, I think you should not make it a habit of taking your medicines after alcohol, 1-2 times in a month is ok, but not regularly.

You are prediabetic.
Please take a herbal medicine nutridiabe - 1 tablet a day for 1 month and then after a gap of 1 month again for 1 month. Repeat like this for atleast one year.
This will reduce/postpone your chances of getting diabetes.
Nutridiabe is totally herbal medicine and very good for diabetics or for the people who are prone for diabetes in near future.
