Quetiapine has multiple uses and it will be very difficult for you to just read online and try to figure out what you have.
Work with your family as well as a couple of other psychiatrists.

I really wonder why are you on so many medication for a single problem. If you are having only depression, then you should be on one medication but in good doses.

One drug can be used for multiple purposes. Quetiapine is also used for mood swings that you are experiencing.
If you attach your doctor's prescription I can tell you better why you have been given this drug.

It's not appropriate to continue taking medication without consulting your treating Psychiatrist.
For first episode Depression 9-12 months treatment is recommended.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every week once for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional
