Use topical Steroid is gradually tapering doses. Use Olesoft Max lotion as massage, 1 hour after this, Use momate lotion on scrotum and penis initially twice daily for 7 days, once daily next 7 days, Alternate day, 2 day in a week and than stop.

Do not use quadriderm cream, it contains steroid which is harmful without supervision of a qualified dermatologist and moreover tetracombination like quadriderm, fourderm,panderm are banned by government for sale.

This itching could be due to some vaginal infection which needs to be ruled out bya gynaec after examination. Or it could be due to vaginal dryness due to menopause. So use premarin cream locally twice a day.

Sir, external injury to forehead is much important with respect to injury inside the cranium and not externally to forehead. External injury may be treated with application of soframycin if trivial.
