1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals…
2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals…
3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach. 4) apply mixture of milk and aloe vera gel on testis…
Do all these things for 15 days …it gives you excellent result…THANKS.

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. Please don't apply quadriderm. Such high potency steroid creams will make the condition worse if you have a fungal infection indeed. It would be best if you consult a dermatologist near me. Otherwise message me and i'll guide you how to proceed further.

This itching could be due to some vaginal infection which needs to be ruled out bya gynaec after examination. Or it could be due to vaginal dryness due to menopause. So use premarin cream locally twice a day.

You should not apply quadriderm to ringworm. As it is powerful steroid initially itching spots will be reduced but it will make your fungus resistant. U go directly to dermatologist n take full course if treatment without fail.
