Stop the first cream the betamethasone and continue for some more time with the sertaconazole and terbinafine, keep area dry and have bath atleast once a day, change clothes daily.

Stop betamethasone before it causes side effects. You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. betamethosone is a steroid it will make skin hard and lose its elasticity. So the phimosis will be worsen, if betamethasone is used for a long time. Try safe method instead. Ayurvedic medicines can treat your phimosis.
