These both hepatitis are transferred through blood, hepatitis b develop symptoms after 6-7 weeks of exposer and your child must have vaccinated against hepatitis b. About hepatitis c symptoms develop slowly so can't predict about that there is no vaccine for it, if you have doubt go for investigations.

the first and foremost thing is that you must tell your partner about this prior to marriage...and then your partner should be immunized with 3 doses of hepatitis B vaccine...and till the course of hepatitis B vaccine is completed you must compulsarily use condoms.

1. Most patient are asymptomatic and hepatitis b is detected on routine screening of blood prior to blood transfusion.
2. In some the initial symptoms are like hepatitis a,
a) fever, loss of appetite, nausea
