Hai.. If your cycles haven't been regular but you bleed without any drugs to induce it, it means you are producing eggs but they are not maturing.. Starting Letrozole on Day 2 or 3 is for recruiting eggs and on day 4 or 5 is for maturing them on time.. So you can preferably start Letrozole on day 4 or 5 and go for meticulous monitoring of follicular growth and induce ovulation on time..
