Actually, dissolving it on your tongue is probably the most beneficial way to get the medication. The mouth has so many pores in it, that it sends the medicine to the body much quicker. The tongue is vascular (its a muscle), so things that come in contact with it can go directly into the blood stream.
That is the whole concept behind lozenges. Now having said that, if the medicine you were given or prescribed is not a lozenge, then you need to swallow it according to the directions.

Eat them 2 hrs after a light breakfat, and do not eat anything for 2 hours after the tablets are taken.

TB can never be treated with pyzina and prednisolone alone. The diagnosis should be established by histopathological examination (biopsy). If it is determined as TB, then full-fledged antitubercular drugs should be prescribed. If it is diagnosed as sarcoidosis, the first treatment is prednisolone and if the response is not adequate, then various chemotherapeutic drugs should be added.

TB medciine are as per weight. At 2 months pyzine can be stopped. But addition of levofloxin by treating doc is not as per reccomendations.

The TB medication is for 9 months and pyrazinamide will cause nausea and vomiting and you can change if your doctor decides it

Hi, Whether it has been investigated that tracheal nodule is due to tuberculosis. Any bronchoscopy guided biopsy performed? Causes can be many important ones TB, malignancy, vasculitis. Just consult once .thanks.

Taking 3 drugs only? Not on ethambutol?
Taking all the drugs together has better efficacy than as individual. Take all of them empty stomach.
