You should avoide sunlight. You should use combination of kojic acid, arbutin, glycolic acid and dipalmate creame.
Another option is laser like and yag for pigmentation.

Firstly it usually takes a long time for hyperpigmentation around eyes to improve. Secondly hyperpigmentation is not the only cause of dark circles around the eyes. There are ample number of other causes like venous engorgement to volume loss which are treatable by other means. & even hereditary dark circles which respond minimally to treatment.
So please consult a experienced dermatologist for detailed history and examination of your dark circles to provide you customized treatment.

Hi. Acne spots wil take some time to reduce. Fastest results can be seen only with chemical peeling. Among topical agents kojic acid/ glycolic acid/ vit c serum works wel in acne spots. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade
gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.
