You can do nasal wash with saline nasal spray thrice daily to get off the congestion and steam inhalation with a pinch of salt in it. You may also have to take medications to get a faster relief. Take care.

This is not good to skip chapati because this is basic part of Indian meal and due to dieting you are suffering from weakness so your diet should be full of protiens, vitamins, curd, milk, almonds, walnuts ,pulses rice, chapati, green leafy vegetables...... but in small portion and you should maintain your diet chart by your dietician and also take medicine under medical supervision and for permanent homeopathic cure you may ask me online

Yes you can. It’s throat infection. Do this
1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

-Dolo-650 mg twice or thrice daily can be taken to lower a fever . -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further.
-Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever
-The body should be cooled with a wet sponge.
-Fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc.
