Dear sir/mam, I had a vaccination yesterday and from the mid night I got the fever (101-102). I took calpol (paracetamol) 650 mg 3-4 times but temperature not going beyond 101 degree. I also tried for cool water patti on my head temperature will become down but not be normal. Please suggest if there is any medicine. Thanks.

water sponges should be done with normal water, not cold water. Continue the same medicine. If symptoms persist then please go for covid test. You can consult me online for further queries if you want to.

If she can take tablet you can give her 1/2 (half) tablet. But with 102 Fever get her blood and urine test done.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
do hot fomantation.
Sumo joy 1 tab. Bd & sos x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Knee & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hello don't self medicate. You need to take proper treatment for gastritis. It can get complicated if not treated properly. You need to do stool test, endoscopy, cbc, liver function test.

In covid positive cases,
tab doxy 100 mg twice a day tab vit c twice a day tab zinconia twice a day tab b complex twice a day
tab dolo twice a day till fever persists
for cough, take ambroxol syrup
don't need to take ivermectin if you are not suffering from any other conditions and symptoms are mild. Do oxygen monitoring.

Hello I was having fever with strong body pain and no other symptoms It started with itching in the nose and sneezing on Friday night The next day I was having high fever of 102.4 degree fahrenheit I approached to my doctor and he gave me certain medicines and blood test to be done. He had asked for cbc, urine and dengue tests. Which all have come normal. He gave me 1 paracetamol tablet and one antibiotic The paracetamol tablet is calpol 500 and the antibiotic tablet is levoflox 500 I am taking this medicines since 2 to 3 days and there is no improvement. One each in morning after breakfast. One Paracetamol in after lunch. One each after dinner Still my body ache hasn't decreased and I feel cold and feverish once the medicines effect is gone. I have headaches. I also read somewhere on the Internet that levoflox 500 should be consumed only once a day for 500 power where as my doctor has asked me to take twice a day morning and in the evening Please guide me if am being treated normally. Thanks in advance for your consultation.
