Treatment of PTB is usauly by 4 drugs and dose is calculated on weight basis. As you are diabetic, your intensive phage should have been for 3 months and not for 1 month and also maintenance phage of ATT should be of 6 month,so total of 9 month treatment has to be taken. You should have periodic xray chest, sputum AFB and liver function test done.Your diabetic should be under control ,otherwise all treatment will be waste.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, tb infection should have been cured by your mentioned drug courses.
Sometimes lymph nodes calcify and don't reduce in size or number, so if you want to know if you are suffering from active tb infection, kindly undergo gene-expert or cbnaat test.
A positive gene-expert or cbnaat test, will require treatment and if negative, you can leave the lymph nodes as they are.
Wishing you good health.
