Do this and slowly withdraw pantop tablet. As it’s not good to use it for long term
1. Don't overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

syrup mucaine gel 2tsp twice a day
cap velgut od × 20 days
avoid spicy, fried and street food
don't skip breakfast
drink plenty of fluids

Hello! lybrate-user gastritis and acidity in pregnancy are common occurrences. 1st modify your modifiable factors like refrain from taking any tea coffee, avoid spicy, fried or pickled stuff, and avoid lying down for 30 minutes post meals.
2nd try taking your iron pills with your meals it will reduce the acidity caused by iron.
